What is the EasyTerritory MCP Server?
The EasyTerritory MCP Server is a hosted service that exposes 43 geospatial tools to any AI agent that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It runs entirely in the cloud — there is no infrastructure for you to install, manage, or maintain. You simply point your AI assistant at the server, and it gains the ability to open interactive maps, ingest your account data, build balanced territories, run analytics, and generate optimized routes.

Your First Session: A Walkthrough
A typical session follows six stages. You do not need to learn commands — just describe your goal and the AI agent decides which tools to call.
1. Connect Your Agent
Add the MCP Server URL and your API key to your AI assistant’s configuration. See Connecting Your AI Agent for exact steps.
2. Open a Map
Tell your agent to open a map centered on your region of interest. The server returns a URL you can open in any browser. The map stays connected to your conversation — every tool call updates it in real time.
3. Ingest Your Accounts
Upload a CSV, paste a list of accounts, or connect a CRM data source. The server geocodes your accounts and plots them on the map. You can filter by state, region, or any custom attribute before building territories.
4. Build Territories
Describe how many territories you need and what “balanced” means for you — account count, workload, revenue, or any combination. The server’s build engine constructs compact, contiguous territories that respect your criteria. See Territory Building with AI for the full guide.
5. Analyze
Ask the agent to analyze the current territory assignment. It computes balance metrics, drive-time statistics, and compactness scores. The results load into an interactive panel on the map for side-by-side comparison.
6. Share & Export
When you are satisfied, export the territory assignment as a CSV, GeoJSON, or shareable map link. You can also save the session and return to it later — the server preserves your map state between conversations.
